About
Ryan Soroka
Founder, operator and brand strategist who pairs graduate training in business and hospitality with fifteen years of building and running beverage and hospitality companies.
I started in 2010 with Eatsie Boys, a food truck that grew into a café. Three years later I co-founded 8th Wonder Brewery and served as its President, building the brand and the business from the ground up.
Since then my work has spanned beverage brand strategy and commercial and business development, which put me on the side of the table where brands get evaluated, bought and scaled. Soroka Strategies brings all of that to founders, operators and investors who want strategy grounded in how the category actually works.
